Cancellation & Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Veddha Holdings (www.questforlowest.com) marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. or emergency like COVID-19 crisis. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
4. Veddha Holdings (www.questforlowest.com) does not accept cancellation requests for pre-order items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the condition of the product delivered is not good.
5. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Note :
You must return in its original and proper packaging with company seal, for a refund.
Please check model carefully before your purchase specially in case of GPU/ graphics card. We may/will not accept your request for cancellation in case any particular feature is missing in that model.
We will not accept any type of damage/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for cancellation or return/refund of products.

REFUND POLICY
​
1. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
2. You must return the Product's in its well & proper, original Packaging with Company Seal for a refund (Charges will be deducted if applicable).
3. We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 3 (Three) days from the date of delivery of the order.

4. For gaming chairs only replacement is applicable, no refunds will be there for gaming chairs.

If you have received an item that is damaged/defective or wrong, just email us at the earliest at veddhaholdings@gmail.com or send return request through our portal for return your order.

We will refund the amount after deducting the charges if applicable

We will refund within 3 to 5 working days from application date if it requires to refund. It can take upto 7 working days to reflect in your account (original source) after refund.

For express products, images are indicative only. Though we try our level best to deliver as per the image shown. We reserve the right to substitute the products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.

In case of a return/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
